30K to Build a sweet home - Renovation common toilet ( Episode 2b )

I want a easy maintain common toilet, and the toilet must be look bright and simple, for my point of view : simple mean easy to wash.  The tile design we choose exactly same with the show room we visit,  tile price 2.9/sqm (wall), 3.2/sqm (floor) shine smooth surface, it look clean and not east to have dirt.

This Toilet bowl and basin we brought from Balestier road at SGD 290, at the time we didn't chose much, we just get the promotion set.

 Mirror bought from Malaysia actually, this mirror we can just remove easily, so we just get the standard one RM 30/pc

 

 

Dolphin hanger, this is low quality standard steel, it just plated with standard steel only, as I used for 2 month still in shine condition. @ RM 30/pc  

 

 water tap I brought from Malaysia also (bridge brand), @ RM 48, but I found if you buy at Singapore will be cheap also.. I saw around SGD 12-30/set depend what quality you want.

 

The toilet paper cover same with master toilet just the colour difference only. we planning actually mould this colour in Master toilet and the gold colour at here, but the contractor mix out and we found this colour at common toilet look better and the gold colour very match with master toilet also.

sometime the professional ( contractor) they renovate too many house, they can have better visual and idea for the design I think.
