30K to Build a sweet home - Guest Room

I want a modern and comfort guest room, this room is reserve to my friends and family that visit us in Singapore. normally they come for travelling, so the guest room must be warm and comfort. 

I using black and white because is unisex colour, and grey in curtain to add the warmer to the room. 

we install wallpaper our self, and the tooling able to purchase online, and install wall paper were rather easy,  i will share with you, how to install wall paper in next pages.
